I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Denise and the staff were amazing! Absolutely amazing!They went above & beyond to make sure my catering order was taken care of. The original location I placed the order with had a problem with their fryers- When I arrived they said they couldn’t fill the order. That was at 12pm- I had company coming at 1pm. They need a negative rating option. This place needs to be closed down. Waited inside the store for my order for 53 minutes. When I asked, they were rude and dismissive. Standing around talking with multiple people waiting on food. Two separate customers who were waiting to order left because they were waiting so long. Plenty of workers in there, the issue is none of them were working and when people asked or complained they were extremely rude. Will not be back to this location ever again.
Dirty place and mangers have bad attitudes and I went two Sundays ago ordered my food then manager come out with another receipt telling me they have to refund it back to my card because they had nothing I had orderd todsy is the 9th day and still no refund I called and was told basically they can’t do nothing and told me they just can’t give me money cause they don’t know if it was refunded back or not so basically it’s my word against theirs and my word don’t meen nothing but I got the proof on my transaction and the recei... read more
I can't wait to go to Bojangles Hilltop and pay exorbitant prices for some days old kept under the heat lamp chicken and days old fixings. It's a shame, this place uses to be really good years ago. A lot of restaurants seem to think it's OK to sell food that has sat out overnight and for several days. I have my health to worry about.
