Great chicken, service was very slow and not too accurate
This is by far and away the absolute worst Bojangles in the state of North Carolina. God forbid you wanna place an order for food because they certainly don’t want to take your order not in the drive-through or if you walk in. I stopped by to order a biscuit there was nobody in the drive-through line. There was one car in the parking lot. I waited 10 minutes at the drive-through no response. I would avoid this place at all costs.
Don't go here if you're on any kind of schedule, you'll likely be waiting a while. We ordered through the drive through around 6:15pm, 3 cars were in front of us but it wasn't busy. After 15 minutes we made it to next in line (one car had pulled forward to wait). 25 minutes in, we still hadn't reached the window and were late for plans. I finally walk inside and calmly ask a lady behind the counter if our food might be ready. No response, she completely ignores me with no acknowledgement. I am not sure why we all continue to spend 4 times as much on 4 times as less for what we get! These guys don't do their jobs at all to the fullest. Rude people that hate their lives and jobs. We pay more the get much less and I am tired of it! If it wasn't for the people I support in mental health they or anyone else wouldn't be getting any money from me. This place is piss poor!
