I came through the drive thru and the service was very rude . The older manager lady kept rushing me out the window saying “anything else “ ?!?!? I understand that they may have a timer but customer service is always important ! however the young lady with the glasses that was in the window was very nice and apologized for her managers actions . These fast food places have to realize that yes you may be on a timer but you have to also be nice and respectful. And the food was disgusting btw .
Ordered a family meal and asked for hot sauce and ketchup with it. Pulled up to the drive-thru and paid but was asked to pull forward to wait for my food. No cars were behind me for the entire time I waited. An employee came out after a minute or two and passed me my bag. Didn't speak. Looked in it and there was no beverage.
