Very unprofessional. Short staffed. May be different on other days but my first time at this location, it was not a welcoming experience.
when we visited this bojangles there were 4 people working, yet only ONE young man with an afro was actually doing his job. this young man waited on everyone, made and bagged all of the food while everyone else INCLUDING the manager sat on their phones doing absolutely nothing. i am in utter disbelief at the treatment of this employee and i sincerely hope that this young man finds new employment with people who are actually going to do their jobs and not leave it all to him.
Got told to pull to the side, never got my order. After 40 min I left. They weren’t even busy
I cant comment on the food because I never got the chance to order. 1230 on a Saturday and couldn't place an order. My big issue is with cleanliness. Thats got to be the worse bathroom ive walked into, anywhere. Toilets. Sink. Even the top of the urinals. If yall cant get that right I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.....
