Visit through the drive thru. The customer service was amazing. The gentleman at the window was courteous and a true delight. Our food was fast, fresh and hot.
I'm going to preface this by saying I understand that some things are out of the staff's control. That being said, this Bojangles is one of the worst I've ever been to. The staff are super nice and sweet every time I go but for whatever reason they never have something. One time they had no lids, the next no honey mustard and another no chicken supremes. Fresh hot chicken and sides were good too. A little bit of a long wait to order but the staff was friendly at the window.
