I placed an online order the night before for a 7:00 AM pickup for a work event. When I arrived right at 7:00, I was told they did not have my order and that they would not make it, even though it had already been paid for. I showed proof of the order and payment multiple times, including that it was for the correct location, but the staff still refused to fulfill it. Cashier was very sweet and helpful, a customer before was yelling for a manager because he'd been waiting 10 minutes for his food, manager had an attitude with me after that like I did something wrong, then I get home and there's a choking hazard in my drink, lovely experience (Edit) been going back for a while and everything has improved quite a bit, service is excellent and the food is just as good, also no more plastic in my drinks

1 Star — Completely Unprofessional and Disrespectful This was hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Bojangles. Angela, who took my order, was openly rude, dismissive, and acted like my presence was an inconvenience. No greeting, no basic courtesy, just attitude from the moment she spoke.
