I had a really good experience at this Bojangles. The service was friendly and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The restaurant was clean, my order was prepared correctly, and the employees were helpful and welcoming. Josiah especially stood out because he was attentive, polite, and made sure everything was taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!
We just left and the service/customer service is terrible. Whoever was brining the food out to the car must hate her job. My family was very polite and she did not say a word. Her attitude was just nasty. There is no joy in this location
