I'm officially retiring from this Bojangles. It's the most inconsistent place I've ever been to. You MAY get in and out fast. You MAY waste an entire lunch break for long wait times. They MAY have chicken. They MAY not. They MAY feel like working. They MAY not. I've lost track of how many times they don't have wings. It was okay. They forgot bacon and cheese on one of the sandwiches but based on previous reviews I was happy to just get my order.
We ordered the family tailgate 20 piece we waited forvitvto be prepared there was a wait But we didn't care to wait Samir waited on us and he did a fantastic jib during a busy dinner rush
I was the only car in the drive-through and there was only about two customers inside yet. I still had to wait 17 minutes for an order that was supposed to only take four. I was told to pull up and I ended up having to go inside to get my food. No apology, bad service.
