If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. How is a restaurant out of both chicken and bread for chicken sandwiches at 3:30 in the afternoon? On top of that, the drive-thru headsets weren’t working properly, and it took over 10 minutes just to complete our order. The entire experience was frustrating, disorganized, and honestly ridiculous. Very disappointing.
Food is always super fresh and everyone is so nice!

I'm officially retiring from this Bojangles. It's the most inconsistent place I've ever been to. You MAY get in and out fast. You MAY waste an entire lunch break for long wait times. They MAY have chicken. They MAY not. They MAY feel like working. They MAY not. I've lost track of how many times they don't have wings.
