We stopped in here recently and the service was horrid. The food was not fresh but it was late and I understand that, somewhat. The employees attitudes were reprehensible and I would never eat here.
Stop using AI for ordering. We do not want to interact with a damn robot.
Absolute worst drive thru experience I have ever been involved with. Waited 30 mins for 2 basic supremes combos with seasoned fries. Had me driving all over the parking lot to accommodate her not having to walk out to bring me my food. Overed me and extra large fri for the wait but got home and neither one of the combos had fries in it.. drinks had no ice. Tea was hot.. it's a shame cause Bojangles have been a long time favorite.
