I don't want to put two stars for service because the humans there are great but the AI ordering thing at the drive through is irritating. I told it all my items and it just said nothing for a minute so I just drove forward and had to tell the employee at the window my order anyway.
It is Independence Day 2025, we googled Bojangles on the way home because I can't really eat fast food without getting sick, but Bo works. The parking lot is packed at 9:04 am and the line is around the building. Maurice greeted us with patience, professional demeanor, and he looked at us directly. I had a lovely breakfast with my Ma here! The service was fast, kind, and attentive. Food and coffee was fresh. The inside dining area and bathroom were in great condition! The inside was packed with customers so was the drive thru line both kept moving despite being busy! Maurice was an excellent cashier and Nikki was a fantastic manager! This is the best Bojangles I've been to, and I've been to many in various places over the years!
Always good service, great food, i love their chicken egg and cheese biscuit.
