They were out of certain items so instead of letting me know they just didn't put them in and when I asked about them they casually said "oh we're out" ok I paid for them and you were going to let me leave? Not cool.
Fed my daughter and I RAW chicken never again AND reporting this to corporate
They now have an AI taking all of the orders in the drive thru. While the AI is very efficient, the workers inside aren't. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a kids' meal. I sat at the window for a few minutes before the worker acknowledged me and when she did I heard her ask if anyone dropped the chicken, and someone else told her to pull me up and tell me it would be 5 minutes. Before she pulled me up to wait my 5+ minutes, she gave me my kids' meal, which was then cold by the time I received the rest of my order. Thanks Boj... read more
