Tony and I stopped at Bojangles for breakfast. I ordered Cajun chicken biscuit and Watermelon Sweet Tea...delicious by the way! Tony got a Pork chop biscuit added egg & cheese w a sweet tea! It was less than $15 Food was good! Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Most of customers were using drive thru! Definitely recommend!
I hate leaving negative reviews. The new AI ordering platform? Completely impersonal. When somebody hires someone to do a job they should work. If taking my order is too much trouble for you maybe you should go work in a warehouse. This morning we ordered a steak biscuit a sausage biscuit some sweet tea and a Mountain Dew. we went at 5:30pm and they said they didn’t have chicken legs. We agreed to wait the 12 mins for the 1 chicken leg, when we tried to order a chicken sandwiches we were told they didn’t have that either. It would be a 20 mins wait for a chicken sandwich. Why is there no food?? It’s dinner time, we drove 45 mins out our way to go to bojangles. What a disappointment, we ended up going somewhere else.
