There was a bug in my food she seen it and still complained that I wanted a refund
Juan Vega store manager show us how to order the food for the first time. He is very helpful helps everyone with their orders. Will recommend this place. Clean and great service! Good job guys!
I come during my shift quite often after 9pm, first time I was refused service by some rude white boy who seems like he just didn't want to work. Offered me supremes and a soda instead of my order. I'll be sure to let anyone I speak to about Bojangles know this isn't one to go to. Super unprofessional and it reflects badly on every other person inside.
I've always loved this location but this morning I go to get my chicken biscuit and a cheerwine. My cheerwine tasted off (kinda like mold) and I've been nauseous and throwing up since taking just 2 sips from it. Tried calling and no one picked up.
After I left that sorry excuse of a bojangles on Garrison I went to Franklin and was ecstatic at the service received. It was like night and day! For all I know these locations are owned by the same group which would imply a vastly different store level management discrepancy. The culture at Garrison is poison as Franklins, while not perfect, demands a higher standard
