The worst Bojangles in Gastonia
I didn't want to give any starts bc this location doesn't deserve it. I came to this location last night around 9:15 pm and was told you only offered tenders and fries. If that is it after a certain time, it needs to be POSTED!!! I then called to talk to a manager today. He could hear me fine until I started asking questions! Please hire managers that can answer questions without acting like you can hear someone when they as you questions!! Hire better staff all around! I will be call corporate to get my questions answered!
I stopped at the last minute to grab a bite to eat. The lobby was closed early, and I could not fit thru the drive-thru. I explained to the young lady why. She saw my truck, and made some accommodations. No matter what time it is, being tired sets in. But these ladies were extremely pleasant and cordial. I did not get their names, as I was tired as well. But it was the closing shift on April 2nd. Thank you all of you!
