Food was ok it always tear my stomach up so I think it’s the grease . I did receive chicken wings that were not fresh and fries which I asked for fresh items . I’m a professional chicken taster so I was highly upset
They really need to make sure that they get orders right for drive-thru. This is the third time that I have a place to order in drive-thru that was incorrect. Today I ordered a simple sausage biscuit an individual fry. I received a plain biscuit with nothing else and an individual fry. I should have checked my order because sure enough it was incorrect. Food was fresh, employees were super nice. Dining room could be a bit cleaner, but not bad overall.
If I could give a zero I would. The lady who is taking the order is yawning right in your face won’t listen and then don’t even put the order in right. It takes 2 girls to put the orders together and both walk so slow that by the time you get your food it’s cold. There is a kitchen full of employees but they can’t get the food out and their work attic is worst than any other store I have ever seen. This is ridiculous BOJANGLES do something about this.
It was busy around dinner time. The chicken and fries were hot and fresh. The drive thru went pretty quick.
