I do not know what this place is doing, but they’re giving this company a bad name. The chicken has no flavor like it used to. The crust isn’t as good as it used to be. The last few times we’ve been there it continues to be the same issue.

On this day 04/29/2026, I came to this location twice and ordered through the drive thru. The first time I came through was this morning at 11:12 am. I ordered the number 1, spicy, cajun fries extra cajun & a dr.pepper to drink . The woman with red hair, for one, did not repeat my order to me . I asked for light ice in my drink & when I received it , the ice was filled to the rim of the cup. The second time I came through @12:46pm . I ordered the same exact thing.
