Cassandra is an absolute gem. I very much appreciated her kindness.
The AI drive through has to go. I refuse to speak to a computer for my order, but that usually isnt so much or an issue because an employee will get on the line when I ask for one. Not today. I asked for an employee twice, the first time I was ignored. When I repeated my request, the AI straight up told me "no". NO! I used to go once a week on average, but believe me I will never step foot on that property again. I could not be more disappointed.
