If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to the Bojangles in Flowood, MS, and ordered a 6-piece Chicken Bites Combo, specifically asking for my food to be cooked fresh. Instead, I received old chicken tenders—not the correct item. When I told the worker at the window, she rudely insisted they were “bites” and refused to replace them. She only changed out the fries and gave me back the same old chicken. When I asked for a refund, I was told, “We don’t do refunds,” with an attitude. Fries are entirely too salty. I love fries.. so I wanted to try BoJangles fries. That’s all I ordered. Well needless to say I won’t be back. If you can’t do fries right then that tells me you can’t do chicken right either. There was so much salt on them I had to take a napkin and try to get the salt off as much as I could. Not a fan, but glad I didn’t waste too much money.
My daughter order the peach cobbler and she liked it. The chicken is to spicy for me. I wish they had chicken parts as well.
