Elijah provided the absolute best customer service in the City of Flowood, Mississippi. He was enthusiastic, professional, and patient with us as first time customers. We are forever Bojangles customers because of Elijah. Now if every restaurant would possess the same great customer service as Elijah & CHICK-FIL-A, THIS WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE.
I went through the drive thru. They did not ask for what sauce I wanted. Then they proceeded to pull me in the curbside pick up and forgot about me! 6 or 7 cars have gone through. I've been sitting here for over 10 mins! Not only that, the food was barley warm! Wow.
