I came in to order and Ray Martin took my order with a very nasty attitude. When i received my biscuits I opened the box to check the temperature and told him they were could. He said “what” I looked confused because I’ve never had a customer service worker to say what to me. I said again they’re cold. He said well they were sitting under the lamp. Which i fact was a lie. Great breakfast biscuits!! Always fresh and hot just like GRANDMA'S Biscuits!! The chicken is so CRISPY. No one else does chicken strips like these!!!!! SoooooooGOOD!!!!! Order some doordash and have it delivered straight to your door!!!!!
I initially had a poor experience at this Bojangles location, but the manager, Morgan, truly turned things around. She reached out to me promptly and even took the time to visit me at my workplace to ensure I was satisfied. Her professionalism, genuine care, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. I appreciate how she handled everything and will definitely be returning because of her outstanding service!”
