By far the most disrespectful interaction I have EVER had regarding my status as a veteran. Get to the window, inform the African American guy that requested payment that I was a veteran, then showed the back of my driver's license (a real ID) which has the veteran endorsement that is added to IDs via confirmation of service by verifying you DD214 with the DMV.
