So I have been very disappointed with Bojangles in the past, but this morning was awesome. We got there around 10:45 and got breakfast it was fresh and even more important to me everone there was very polite and nice. I wish all Bojangles were like this one.
They messed up my order and the one lady had a attitude but they fixed it and her attitude changed when I came back, thank y'all for my food and the freshness clean as well.
Negative experience this visit. The woman who took my order was dismissive and unfriendly. There was no coffee made and after 4-5 minutes waiting, no one had had made an effort to brew any. There was only one other person inside the restaurant but a few customers at the drive through were getting all the attention of the workers.
Too many young people that’s not serious about business. Not professional not pleasant
