The lettuce on my sandwich was brown and it wasn't even made correctly. They were out of 2 basic food items, at least that's what I was told, bo-rounds and the pork chop grillers. The Cajun filet sandwich was dry, it was only a bun, the filet and brown lettuce 😒 and the dirty rice was overcooked and dry.
The worst. Wanted 2 legs. 30 min wait for legs. Settled for a 2 breast dinner at almost $12 and got 2 wings and they were fried so hard that the meat was rubber. Fries cold and old. Biscuit burned and rock hard. Meal basically inedible. Have tried to call location 3 times since I got home and opened the meal. No answer. Very disappointed. Got to do better than this. Was a total waste of $12 and can’t even eat the meal!
The laziest, slowest, nastiest, uncaring location in all of ENC! Seldom is your order complete or cooked as it should be, if they even have chicken available, no kidding about that. There is a few good employees but you can't get to appreciate them for having to deal with the horrible service and attitude from the rest.
Wife and I went on November 5, 2025 at around 12:30 pm. Was not busy at all and can understand why. All the employees were having a "party" in the kitchen area. Had to wait too long to get our order because no one would put it together!! First and definitely our last time at this horrific location!!
