I went through the drive through and a young lady named Aisha or Kisha was working the window. I ordered 2 wing dinners with French fries and coleslaw and sweet tea. The order system was ok but as soon as I got to the window it was a totally different experience. Let's just say the food was great but it's easier to get distracted when talking with our co workers. I said hello how's your day nothing. It only takes one interaction. I won't be back.
Went to the drive thru. Not busy, 3rd car. Pulled up waiting for the server. Nothing. The other lane got serviced x2. I was never acknowledged. Went inside. Busier. The manager was not at all concerned about the lack of service. In my opinion, just DIDN'T CARE. Let me add this is a training restaurant. Not good news. Reconsidering my choices.
Went there for lunch today. Bo bites were out of this world good. Fried chicken sandwich not so much, too much breading and thick yucky bun. Fries floppy and greasy. You had a great chicken sandwich no reason to change it. Disappointed to say the least
Food is the best! Would highky recimend during breakfast hours.
