Just went in to grab an order that was placed in advance online. 5/21 @ 5:30pm staff standing around talking, no professionalism or customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and he walked off as I was talking to them all about what the establishment looked like (poor) upon entry. Decent place for lunch or breakfast
So to start off, the AI drive through system that this company has implemented across the country is terrible. No reassurance by a human to confirm order. And it does not repeat my itemized order back before having me pull up. A simple order of a cajun biscuit with cheese with dirty rice and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit for my Fiance’ is what i ordered. I even repeated myself to “add cheese” to my cajun biscuit.
