We road trip and try fast food we don't have back home, we have done if one these but it was not a good first experience so we wanted to give Bojangles another shot to make it to the top of of fast food list and well it's a no from us. The chicken sandwich was good until it become inedible half way through, however the fried were good. We do not have complaints about the food; however, we have complaints about the employees and service. This bojangles is right by our house and we are regulars, the countless times employees forget half of our food and condiments, sometimes we are tired after work we have good faith come home to find half the food and condiments missing. My husband had 5 chicken drums missing and no ranch or buffalo sauces. The employees does not greet you, no southern hospitality at all.
