Absolutely terrible service, took 25 minutes in drive thru line. Rude at the window. Absolutely horrendous.
This restaurant has awful customer service . Why serve me a salad with a bowl full of brown lettuce? I went back to return the salad and they wouldn't respond to me at the drive thru so I drove to the window. An older Black female was on her phone watching the screen. I'm sure Bojangles is NOT paying folks to watch phones while working at Bojangles drive thru. The young male working with her thought it was funny. Obviously these folks can't be left unsupervised.
