On this visit. I ordered 3 pieces White chicken dinner. When I got to my destination and open my box. The chicken had failed out of the bottom of the box into the plastic bag I asked to have my chicken placed in and there were no napkins in the box or bag. The chicken was cold too.

The food is good but the wait times 99% of the time is outrageous
