Lady at the window was fantastic and friendly
I had almost written off going to Bojangles completely because the service has declined over the years but THIS SPOT remains AWESOME. They are so fast, food was excellent and the box was full. It is so refreshing to get a great meal after a lot of soggy chicken and missing items at other locations. Thank you!!!!! 5 STARS
RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOR OF THE STAFF. THIS CASHIER WAS PLAYING IN HER HAIR WHILE TAKING MY ORDER, I ASKED HER TO STOP AND SHE GOT ANGRY. THIS CUSTOMER WAS IN THE LOBBY ARGUING WITH ME, BECAUSE I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE CASHIER PLAYING IN HER HAIR WHILE HANDLING ORDERS. OTHERS HAD NO HAIR NET ON AND FAKE HAIR WAS HANGING EVERYWHERE.
