Unprofessional
I ordered a family meal came in and drive thru. They say the chicken was fresh, but it was still cold.And if I got my slaw. Tried to call them and they kept picking the phone up.And hanging it up

Pulled in drive thru got a robot to take our order. Got to window to a rude lady that took our money then told us to pull to the front of building. We sat there for almost 10 min. I went inside. They looked under staffed to me so i tried to keep my mean face off. The guy at the register loooked for my order and the drive thru lady acted like she didnt want to be there at all.
