Too salty and greasy
Food was fine. There is mold on the ceiling tiles, booths are dirty and sticky, and there is no changing table in the bathroom.
Roderick that store manager stayed outside the whole time I was in store to pick up a online order, his staff (only 2 people) told him they needed his help as the drive thru and inside were both busy with customers and he still did not come inside to help them. Leaving them running and rushing and working their butts off while he took his personal call. This is completely unacceptable and not the first time this has happened when I’ve visited this location. Giving this place a 3-star because it is the biggest hit or miss Bojangles that you can come to. One time you may get there and the service and great and the food is well prepared and cooked quickly, others you may pull up to the window and they tell you that they are out of chicken. I would recommend just going to the Bojangles in Lanaster or one in Rock Hill if you would be open to taking a bit of a longer drive, they are more consistent.
