Ordered a four-piece chicken tender box and a three-piece chicken tender box they put our coleslaw in the boxes upside down they only gave us three pieces in the four piece box. We had to wait on our boberry biscuits in the drive thru forever. They didn't even give us a bag they just handed us the two boxes and the two sides of coleslaw without a bag they didn't give us any straws I asked for honey mustard when he handed me the boxes they gave us one for two boxes. Wow!!! My experience at this Bojangles was 5Stars. Staff member Kevin customer service was Winning of a Stella Award. He was very pleasant towards the customers from the time entering the restaurant. Kevin up sales and offers on each and every order not seeming aggressive. And the SWEET TEA🥰🫶. Kevin said he makes the tea and he learned from the Best… He’s Grandma🫶. Sunday 4/19/26 at around 1130am I was next to order inline with a vehicle behind me. I waited 5-10 minutes after the vehicles in front of me went around the bend out of sight. After 5 other vehicles got in line behind me I asked the speaker if anyone was there. There was no response I guessed maybe the speaker was messed up so I went to the window no one was there. No " hey give me minute I'll be right with you" or anything.
FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD BUT THE EATING AREAS IN ALL BOJANGLES ARE DIRTY...EVERY TABLE IS DIRTY...NEED TO COME OUT AND CLEAN EM EVERY 15 MINUTES ARE SO
