This location has single-handedly brought me back around on Bojangles. They lost me when they changed their sausage gravy, and I'm still not totally over it. The new one is NOT BETTER. But I've never gotten food here that wasn't HOT and fresh. The biscuits are killer. It tastes like food made by people. They've even got me skipping Hardee's next door many mornings... except when I want a gravy biscuit. But the staff are all kind and they keep the inside clean. Top marks. Can't ask for more for a Bojangles.
Horrible customer service. Rude, apathetic, and condescending
Customer service is horrible. They were more worried about talking amongst theirselves other than bringing me my food to the window that she had in her hand
