I went through the drive-thru at 12:28 pm. One car in front of me. I thought I had enough to zip in real quick and make it to Ozark by 1:00. Given a little late. I got my food at 1:53. The tenders were very hot, the people behind the counter were very nice. Service was great. My fries were cold. Ice cold and soggy. On a good note, pretty sure the spot on my tongue from where the dentist nicked me, is healed. I like salt but that was insane. I don't have to worry about electrolytes. If a place is open then it should be open, not have a hand written misspelled note on door that says go thru drive thru, then no one answer at the drive thru and then get mad when you drive around and blow horn at the window
Got food here a week ago and it was good. Today though I stopped to get chicken biscuits. The chicken was overcooked. The chicken seems thinner than before and it was very stringy. This visit has soured me on Bojangles for a time. Sorry to have to write this review but y'all should know and so should your customers.
