Super friendly staff! The customer service was phenomenal. Everything was nice and clean, including the restrooms. They answered all of my questions, and the food was great. I’ll definitely be back!
This store needs training. We weren’t allowed to order from the speaker and the attendant yelled at my wife twice to come order at the window. She wanted to look at the menu since she hadn’t been to Bojangles in years! Then after ordering, she was told to pull up while they made her order, but she waited for 20 minutes for her food. They forgot her sweet tea and her receipt when they finally brought her food, so she had to go back through the drive through for her tea. This is the sweetest and more respectful location I've ever come across. Greeted at the door and food was given to me almost immediately with a very kind cashier and food runner! Thank you ladies!
