Second time ordering pickup and waiting another 25 minutes after arriving for my food. Employees in the back cussing up a storm talking to one another. Won't be back... At least at this particular location.
I’m sad to say this because honestly their food is good but the service is terrible. This is the second time I’ve placed an order through the app with a plan to pick it up over an hour after I placed th order. Both times I arrived and my ticket was printed and hanging but they hadn’t filled it. Each time they said “oh here it is I’ll get started on it” and I wait 20 mins. It’s not a complicated order.
