My wife and I have been going here since we moved to Roanoke 8 years ago. Lately we have noticed the chicken getting smaller and the breading getting thicker. We put up with that chalking it up to inflation. TODAY, however, the chicken was AWFUL. The breading was soggy the skin was like oily rubber and the chicken was greasy!!! this was our last visit to Bojangles, period! This was the cleanest Bojangles I have been in
I’ve been to this specific location 3 times. This is the worst run location I’ve ever experienced. 1. Fries consistently soggy with no seasoning. 2. Drive through person, shouldn’t be communication with the public. 3. Got home and no dirty rice. 4. Chicken tasted like they never change the fryer oil. 5. Check your receipt, just saying… 6.
