The customer service was great but slow, and the food was hit and miss. The freshly cooked grilled chicken was wonderful and flavorful. But grilled chicken that'd been sitting there for God knows how long was rock hard, dry, and almost inedible.
3 star only for the tenders and fries tasted old, soggy, and little seasoning.
One of the worst I've visited in over 20 yrs, as I'm a SC native. They are stealing bo berry biscuits saying you should specify if you want 2 or 1. For over 45 years it's always been 2 biscuits per order. Do not eat here if you're looking for authentic Bojangles. This is not it, and they didn't take my daughters order for a chicken sandwich, just hands you a bag. The cashier is a thief or slow, you figure it out, but they just lost a customer of over 20 yrs. The problem is they don't care.
