Went into the Lancaster location under short notice for a sizable order during morning rush hour on 10-15-25 and it was a short crew but the manager sprung into action and made sure my order was handled and complete…. Thank you team and I will definitely patronize this location in the future
Rude and food was cold and soggy!
Not open 24hrs. Tried going for a late night bite and they had the drive thru screens turned off and no one at the drive thru window
Went through drive thru and ordered chicken with cheese biscuits and two boberry cookies why did it come with no cheese and no cookies. Called and no answer now I have to drive back. So very disappointed. Had my mouth watering all the way at home for what. It wasn't even busy which is the hy I don't understand why they make you pull up and wait and still not get it right. Damn
