Exactly what you'd expect
now they have the automated AI ordering system in the drive-thru. I am truly disappointed. I'm all about Americans having jobs and people being able to make money. The customer service is so bad I'm at the point where I don't care if it's automated now, have a robot serve me. at least when I ask for a meal it will give me the proper forks and napkins. it's terrible what's happening to our society but we're doing it to ourselves.
This is the best Bojangles for make many miles. Every single time the staff is friendly, the dining room is clean and the food is made with care.
