Very clean. Great good. Excellent customer service. Mr.Ken and his team went above and beyond for my order. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll make sure to stop by again.
I rarely write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience in hopes that it leads to real change. This particular Bojangles location is by far the worst I’ve been to in North Carolina. The customer service is consistently poor, and the staff seem to lack basic courtesy and professionalism—especially in the mornings. There’s a light-skinned woman who regularly takes orders during breakfast hours, and she’s consistently rude. If I could put zero I would do it… the place so dirty employees so unpleasant and unfriendly food it’s no longer tasty… so sad how a company that has years in the market is little y little losing its essence.
I waited 10 minutes just to have a soggy chicken sandwich with cold fries. Bojangles is not what used to be.
Fries ALWAYS HARD numerous times..incorrect order when going through drive thru...Sweet Tea taste like crap..have visited this location multiple times..always same thing..chicken supreme nasty overcooked..or have been sitting under heat lamp.Not spending my money here anymore I am finshed.
