Lunch time hour, slow paced employees holding up people on their lunch break. Kiosk ordering is nice but has its inconveniences when guests dont know how to use technology. Staff if friendly but sluggish
The woman who runs the drive thru (at least every time I’m there) is soooo rude! She doesn’t smile, she shoves your food at you and refuses to respond to any questions with a civil tone. Asking for Ranch last time sent her over the edge so now I just don’t say anything… she has a serious attitude and it makes me choose other restaurants in the area to avoid that.
One of the single worst experiences I've ever had at a Bojangles. Staff clearly doesn't care, absolutely no effort on their part in the easiest position a human being can have. Love bojangles, just not this one.
Has to be the worst Bojangles in history. Staff is lazy and takes forever to get you food. If you have 30-45 mi s to wait for fast food this is the place for you
