Ordered an 8 piece mixed meal with 2 sides and a sweet tea. What I got was 6 pieces of chicken, they had no greenbeans so I ordered pinto beans; They were cold. The breast pieces were undercooked
i do not remember the last time i had chicken as crispy as that. lowkey the best fast food chain ill die on that hill. wonderful employees especially that old black dude that was in charge he had that shit working like a machine.
Literally every time we go to this Bojangles, we have issues and today did not disappoint. I rolled up at 11 AM on a Sunday and they said they were out of biscuits. It will be 12 minutes plus. I said if you look at the sign, that’s what you guys sell is biscuits. How can you be out of biscuits? Manager said she just got here and the biscuit maker just got back from break. I stopped in here for lunch today and I have to say one of the nicest Bojangles I have ever stopped at. Everything was clean. The staff was super friendly. Keep up the good work!
I have never been to a Bojangles where the customer service was SO rude and very unprofessional 2 ladies working there. Making passive aggressive comments and asking us to wait (which is understandable and understandable) but telling us “we told you to wait and making rude comments about us waiting inside for our order behind the register. I love bojangles but will never be returning to this location.
