I had a very disappointing experience at this Bojangles location. I ordered through the drive-through AI system, and almost everything about the order was wrong or poorly prepared. The bread on my sandwich was hard and cold, and my mashed potatoes were missing gravy. After being told to pull around, I waited and eventually had to go inside to fix the issue myself. They gave me the wrong replacement sandwich (chicken instead of fish), and when I finally got the correct fish sandwich, the fish was so hard I couldn’t even bite ... read more
