I placed a catering order for delivery. The morning of pickup, the experience was a complete disaster. Five different delivery drivers were assigned to my order and reassigned. I stopped going to bojangles for 3 years now, but today I said let me see if they have changed. I stopped at this location and went inside to order to-go. Got my order and checked it, and one of the sausage biscuits was not in the bag, no problem. Went over to the counter, and the lady asked, "Can I help you?" And I replied, one of my sausage biscuits is missing. She looked at me and just kept going with something else she was doing. Every time I come here it’s some kind of issue…I wanted a grilled chicken fillet one day…was told they didn’t have any because the ones they had put had been there 45 minutes…but we can’t cook any either? Ok?! They always leave the straw and napkins…always!
