It was good, I really have no complaints except the drinks was charged separately from the Combo.. for a 2pc and 3pc with Boberry biscuit was over $30.
The cashier slammed my cup on the counter 2 times, when I brought it to her attention, she had a huge attitude about it and very uncaring nature. I had to get in line 3 times because of snotty attitude. Slamming 2 different cups down breaking the seal to hold liquid not 1 time but 2 times. This was absolutely rediculous entitlement on her part.
Focus is placed on DELIVERY orders than people standing in the lobby...seems like wrong business model. Perhaps you need some to do NOTHING BUT DELIVERY. Ridiculous that everyone was moving at a snail's pace. Coffee removed from dining room, which means "WAITING" at counter for a refill. They put everything in a BAG...really, where are the trays for dine in customers? Talk about WASTEFUL!
I was CRAVING biscuits & gravy. I called to see if they had it. The lady who answered the phone ( probably the Mgr) was super nice and very polite and cheerful. She encouraged me to come get them. She also served me at the window. Then told me to be careful as I pulled away. Very personable. You dont get service like that at McDonalds!!! Oh, and the biscuits and gravy?? Just like Moms!!!
