I get consistent good service through the drive-thru.
This is my favorite Bojangles. They are always nice, and consistent.
Used to be great. I dont particularly care about the AI drive-thru, but I'll go through, mention I have a mobile order and it tells me to go to the window. I get there and its like they had no idea about my order until I get there, and most of the time its wrong. I dont do special substitutions or anything either. Yet somehow every time I go either the ordered size of an item is wrong or the item is wrong altogether (Bo Rounds vs Fries, for example).
