Oct 2025 The good news is the lobby opened up a year or two ago. Bad news. Wait times are still 30 to 45 minutes to get food drive-thru or inside. Ive Been in the drive through for about 20 minutes on a random Sunday morning. Not sure if it's a staff issue or management issue but I want this location to succeed. Hopefully someone from corporate or management reads this review and makes changes ASAP. Every time you order delivery they forget something out the bag. I was told the Dasher is supposed to grab straws?? No napkins in the bag. No silver ware. No condiments not even ketchup.They stuffed everything in one bag. Stuffed my biscuits a in one container. When I called she showed no empathy. She blamed everyone but Bojangles when I ordered from them!
Do not believe in SEASONING FRIES. It’s bojangles your fries come seasoned period. Why am I getting unseasoned terrible fries??? It just doesn’t make sense to me. I wish they would close this store and revamp it
