Not sure who manage this place but it’s dirty. Tables and floor were dirty. Floor was wet and stinking. Men’s bathroom smells awful and seems it has never been cleaned for days. Stains in the urinals and water on the floor. Fried chicken batter didn’t even stick to the chicken. Dirty rice tasted old and dry. Mashed potato and gravy was good. I ate at another Bojangle yesterday at Swansboro and it was amazing.
Went here for a snack about 8pm. Was only customer. Chicken was dry likely from too much time under a heat lamp. Bo's is usually good food but maybe not later in the day.
I ordered two 3-pc dinner boxes with two sides from this location. One dinner box was supposed to have double fries and the other dinner box was supposed to have double bo-tato rounds. We were asked if we wanted to wait for the bo-rounds and that they would be 5 minutes, which we agreed to. Once we received the two dinner boxes, we had checked and only received one side for both boxes. I then entered the store to get the missing sides.
