Very disappointed with our experience. We waited about 30 minutes for our food, only to find out that our order was incorrect. We received two fewer tenders than we ordered and were also missing items we had paid for. We went back inside to get the correct order, but instead of being helpful, the workers were very rude and tried to argue with us about the order. The up charges are bullying. And stealing. Don't round up .75 to equal a dollar amount. That is cold hard stealing. You are taking money from people and not telling them. Why? Any idea why you stole from 100000+ people????

Employee/Manager Nicole working 9.6.2026 taking our order was very rude and walked away from register while taking our order. She did not like she was asked her to tell what was on their locations Chicken Sandwich so we could adjust order. We had told her what we wanted on it but she said their sandwich was different. We were not rude in any way. She is ONE of the managers we were told by another worker. We have reported her to the corporate management. We left without ordering.
