I’ve frequented this BoJ many times over the years and as of late it has become comically terrible. I’ve worked food service previously and would never leave a review based on a single visit. Today’s visit was by far the worst service I’ve had there but the one previously last month is a close second. Waited over 30 minutes to get my food. Time doesn’t include waiting to place my order. I went here yesterday night, and while my food was amazing, the service was horrible. The worker helping was very rude along with the manager who was worst than the worker. I feel like if you work in a food industry you should have good customer service. Being nice isnt hard.
