I ordered 2 3 Supreme meals, and a side of ranch, 2 bbq, and a coleslaw. We only got 1 bbq and no ranch. I asked for my bbq and ranch and the only girl working today at 8:07 pm 6/22 was argumentative saying I needed to pay for it. I explained it wasn’t in my bag or box. She said I had to pay for it. 16 June 2026 My wife has been waiting 45min. We will be contacting Corporate Management. This is why we haven't been going. This is unsat. ***** Just spent almost 50$ for a 20 piece. Waited for 30min only to come home to find out a have 18 piece. I will check next time before I leave the drive-thru. Unsat. Chicken was not fresh after waiting for 30min.
My biscuit was ok. Not the best, not the worst. My issue was the environment. While waiting for my food, employees were talking crap about one of their newer employees, I believe her name was Sabrina or Torina. One of the people talking was named Brandy or Brandi. anyways, I overheard them talking about how she must be slow in the head and was taking too long to learn things. Went through the drive in at 11:24 a.m. Monday after an ophthalmologist appointment. The soft country ham biscuit with sweet tea was delicious I ate it on the way home since I was not driving. No wait time, and the staff was professional, and pleasant. I will recommend them and stop again.
