How are you not going to sell something that is advertised on your menu!! I wanted bird dogs and it was on the drive-thru menu, but theu said the promotion was offer!!

No clear management, a lot of yelling back & forth & confusion. Then there’s the dead roach on the floor…WILL NOT BE BACK
Ordered a 12pc family meal. Had to wait 10 min extra at drive thru. Brought the order out in large box as normal. When I got home I had no 1/2 gallon tea. And they charged me for the 12pc tailgate and only gave me 8pc of chicken. This is terrible.
