Dont like the ai service at the drive thru
It happen today, right now! My order says 3 pieces but they put just 2 in the box! Crooks!
Sometime between 2018 and 2022, Bojangles (and many other fast food restaurants) started downsizing all of the sizes. What I mean by that is, if you asked for a large fry, they would give you a medium. If you asked for a medium, they would give you a small. If you ask for a small and a medium, you will get the exact same thing. So, after that, I stopped going to this restaurant. I went back here, today, after years, and they have this awful AI system.
