Under staffed...
Drove up 30 min before closing late at night. Nice lady at window explained that they only had chicken supremes available and were out of biscuits for the night. Decided on a chicken supremes combo, which was made fresh.

How is a chicken restaurant not gonna have any chicken sandwiches? At 1pm on a Sunday they had no chicken sandwiches due to them being frozen??
