To begin I do not like the automated drive through screen/order box. But in this case my order was actually correct to begin with my total being $21.74. Get to window and am told my total has gone up to $28 and some change so I asked for my order to be read back he tells me correct order from screen still gives wrong order and my drink has no flavor at all basically water not happy at all.
Waited about 25 min for 1 meal. Somehow didn't have my order. Food ok, but I've had better Bojangles.
Beware, you can only order what they have made already. No Bo Bites, and no rippers. Told us they come in at 10, after 10 they said they didn’t know when they’d make them. Might as well take them off your menu if you don’t want to make them.
Food and service great. AI drive thru is horrible
