It really was a 1 star review, but I just want to make sure Bojangles sees this.... Listen.... your workers are really dumbbbb.... Like really inept.... Ummm the food was great but there was a 1 hour wait soooo..... I came in and asked what the hold up was and they literally forgot about my order!!! Good food. Service can be hit or miss, but overall, it's good
First time visitor from Michigan. I got a three-piece chicken. No sides. Chicken was juicy crisp and warm. Not hot. Side dishes looked disgusting, they appeared to be dried out, left uncovered foods sticking to the serving utensil. Not much of it appealing appearance
Been sitting here an hour and still don't have my food.
