Great customer service
I was hesitant to visit this location based on the reviews, but I am happy I did. I had a great experience at this location. Tya and Deborah were extremely polite and so friendly. It's not often that you get great customer service nowadays. Ladies, thank you so much for your warm welcome, kindness, and for making me feel like a valued customer. I was also very satisfied with my order!
The only good thing about our visit was the lady at the register—she was very nice, I appreciate it. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The biscuits were dry, the tea tasted strange, and the place felt dirty. We will not be coming back and would not recommend it.
got 3 meals wrong. gave us burnt unseasoned fries instead of the Mac & chz and dirty rice that was ordered.
The girl taking orders had me in and out in moments, that’s real as hell!!! Deserves a raise.
