The owner really cares about the service and holds the standards high. They have messed up my order a few times but every time the owner makes it right and I had to acknowledge that. Definitely the best bojangles in the area for the simple fact that the owner is so quick to right any wrongs.
Food is ok, but the staff is incompetent. every time we go through the drive through something is wrong. They don't just forget sauces, they forget whole portions of your meal. My fiance went through the drive through about a month ago and got me a chicken sandwich, and herself chicken tenders. She got home only to realize they didn't put my entire meal in the bag so we called.
