Whomever was the employee at the window at 7:53 this date, should find a new job. It's obvious that you hate your job and take it out on customers by sounding as annoyed as possible. I see other people have left similar reviews and supposedly the owner has responded claiming this will be addressed. I hope you like corporate addressing it.
If I could give it no starts I would. The lady taking our order was incredibly rude because she couldn’t hear us. When we got to the window she rudely asked us to pull forward and when I asked for a receipt she wouldn’t give us one. We waited for 30 min for our food while 6 cars got their food in no time, and when she finally brought them out we again asked for the receipt again she walked away and rudely said it’s on the bag. Terrible customer service. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times because the employees in the background were yelling and laughing and we couldn't hear a thing. The lady taking our order couldn't hear us either. She asked them to be quiet and they wouldn't. Terrible experience. Even if the food is excellent, we won't be back.
Yeah, I need to fire that little girl with the red hair. She has the worst attitude I've ever seen in a restaurant.
