We stopped in for breakfast and ordered a combo meal for each of us. Staff member asked if we wanted them in "Medium or Large," but we just wanted the regular combo and assumed medium would be it. But medium was a giant drink and extra Bo rounds. Plus extra cost.
So - when they ask you if you want a "medium" or a "large" combo, the correct answer is "small" if you don't want to pay an extra $2 on your combo cost.
They screw something up every time I go there!!!! Today it was $1.59 I paid to upsize my bo rounds and they gave me the regular size. Drive-thru uses AI to take the order but doesn't have a screen and doesn't read the order back to you. I told myself I wouldn't go back and I did this morning cause I wanted EXTRA BO ROUNDS, so the thing I came there for they screwed up..
Love this restaurant! The biscuits are amazing and so fresh. Always nice to drive thru and pick up food.
