If I could give zero stars I would. Employees touch raw meat and with the same gloves touch cooked food. Not to mention that the counter my food was placed on was not clean. You could visibly see food and other garbage all over the counter. When addressing these issues and asking for a refund, they called me a liar. Had to get the police involved because they refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend this Bojangles to anyone.
We just went in here and got completely ignored. The girl at the drive through was literally too busy barking like a dog at her coworker. Noone even acknowledged that we were standing there. So we just left and went down the road to Hardees.
Bojangles isn't known for great service in my opinion, but the kids working there are very optimistic and pleasing to be around.
