Hello owner, Unfortunately, this is the only way I know to respond to your message. The food (3piece wing meal) that day seemed heated over, it was extremely hard with lukewarm fries and watered down dirty rice. I did eat the rice. The grands ate the fries and they attempted to eat the wings and could not. I had been on a 3 road trip and I was hungry. Maybe next time.
Amazing fried chicken! Theres a guy at the counter (African American) who’s so friendly, respectful and treated my husband and I like we were part of his family. We got the 8 piece chicken (online deal) and the pieces of chicken were big, juicy and just delicious. Our food was ready in less than 8 minutes!!! Wow. We did a pick up and drove home all happy with our tasty chicken. We’re coming back. The price, unbeatable too. Our meal was $19 and we have leftovers for a day or two!
My chicken and sides was not hot at all...actually barely warm. The meat did not seem to be fried quite enough and was rubbery like it had been under the warmer for some time. Just was not a good meal and disappointing. I tossed most but did finish off my biscuit which was nice, seemed fresh and warm.
First time I've ever been to a Bojangles, they tend to be next to something else I know I like, but their biscuits were awesome!! Nice and crunchy/chewy. My coworker got the biscuits and gravy, gave it a B- which is why I gave it 4 stars.
