Placed an order online showed up 10 minutes later checked in in the app and from the email sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes never saw anyone or heard anything went inside they had not even started the order yet once they started the order I had to wait almost an hour before getting the food when I got home the food was missing multiple items no napkins no straws I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was horrible
Fast friendly
First off when I pulled up to the drive thru no human being only a recording to place your order with. Then after an excruciating long wait considering I was the only car there the girl comes to the window while taking a phone call about a undelivered package. And to top it off when I get home the fries that should be seasoned are not seasoned with anything other than a excessive amount of grease. Very disappointing this location used to be great.
I normally eat here and its good but I do not like the robot taking orders because I specifically asked for a small drink with my lids order and it I know it heard me got to window and not on the receipt. And I dont like waiting 15 mins on a chicken sandwich
