Everytime I come its a problem. Take forever to take a order or just completely ignore you which is sad bc bojangles is my favorite place to eat..ended up going somewhere else today smh🤦🏻♂️
Food was good, hot and fresh but service slow. It's not the workers fault they were understaffed.
One of the slowest fast food restaurants I’ve ever experienced. Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me.
Services here is so bad, also when did Bojangles start charging for sauces cause it would be great to put a sign up or “ hey we have a new policy were we are charging for sauces “. when things are being change especially if you never paid for sauce at bojangles!
