When you order through the drive thru with AI and up size your breakfast combo the AI charges you for up size 2 sides ( drink and bo rounds) but when you get to window the lady argues with you that only the sides were large not your drink !! What other side are you charging for? It is illegal to over charge for items that you refuse to give your customers and what happened to customers service. So I just smile and drive away but my advise is find another one.
Update went today July 28th super early for breakfast before work. Ordered my usual. Got handed my drink note I always ask for no ice my cup was half full but I was like it's early oh well. I took a sip it was not what I ordered, so pulled back around and said I'm sorry you gave me the wrong drink, she said you ordered diet Pepsi I said no I ordered diet mtn dew as it shows on my receipt.... she mumbled got me another half filled drink but this time it was regular mtn dew.... Obviously this is not Burger King cause you don't get it your way. Speaking of condiments. They only give what they think you need. Drive thru i ask precisely for 2 mayo and 3 ketchup. They always cut me short so I received 1 mayo and 2 ketchup. So who are they to give me what they want not what I ask for ?
I’ll pull up about 545 in the morning. I ordered two steak biscuits And a large sweet tea. The lady hand the steak biscuits out immediately But forgets my sweet tea. I sat there a minute, And she comes back and says “is there something wrong?” And I said I also had a large sweet tea. She throws her hands in the air and rolls her eyes. Goes and gets it And shoves it aggressively out the window to me. The tea is dripping all over me Because the cap isn’t even on good. This was very poor service
