The weekend crew needs to be fully retrained especially the manager on duty, they keep her there nights and weekends for a reason it would seem, Rude and has zero customer service skills. The past 3 times we have had bojangles on the weekend they have left something out of the bag, once, ok accident, mistakes happen, second time, dang but ok they are human , third time and she still doesn’t care, didnt apologize for my inconvenience not even once, told me I could talk to general manager ( the real manager ) and she hung up! ... read more
Paid $30 for trash. Obviously old food; disgusting. SMH
Customer care was excellent, and the employees were extremely friendly! The only thing I don't care for is the AI at the speaker box in the drive-thru.
